47% Commission

47% no bull shit. No product charges, no special service deductions. Your 47% is your 47% plain and simple. All mandatory meetings will be paid the minimum wage.
Freedom to Specialize

We believe that you should be able to specialize in any service that you want, regardless of how long you’ve been in the industry.
Tax Benefits

All employees of The Alchemist Salon are W2 employees. What that means for you is no more uncertainty when it comes to tax season.

12 Week Mentorship Program for New Stylists

There is no gate keeping here at The Alchemist Salon. We will help you get your career underway faster than ever before. You’ve put the work in to get this far, now let’s get your hands in some hair.
Back Bar Stocked

We supply all of the soft tools that you will need to do your job. (IE. Color, Shampoo, Conditioner, Masks, Detox Treatments, Towels, Capes, Foils, etc)
You will need to bring all the hard supplies such as, blow dryers, shears, brushes, combs, etc. We will provide a safe spot for you to keep your things.
Create Your Own Schedule

You can choose your hours and days you would like to work without any restrictions.
Health Care Options

We offer health care to all of our employees including part-time employees, no bullshit.
Raise Your Prices At Any Time

We do not benchmark, have a level system, or any nonsense. Straight up, if you are investing into your growth, we believe that you deserve a raise. You get to dictate when that comes.tion goes here
